Alejandro Caffarelli to Speak at 2019 ABA ADR Midwinter Meeting

Alejandro Caffarelli is scheduled to speak at the American Bar Association Section of Labor and Employment Law ADR in Labor and Employment Law Committee midwinter meeting, currently scheduled for February 15-17 in Coronado, California. The subject will be “Class Action Waivers Update: Where Does it Go from Here?” and will cover the U.S. Supreme Court’s 2018 decision in Epic Systems Corp. v. Lewis. Topics will include what management attorneys and plaintiff attorneys been doing in response to the Epic decision, and how the decision changed the landscape for neutrals. Joining Mr. Caffarelli on the panel are attorneys Troy Kessler, Anthony Oncidi, and Susan Grody Ruben, of New York, California and Ohio, respectively.
