
Francisco Fernandez joined Caffarelli & Associates in November 2022. Mr. Fernandez attended the University of Virginia School of Law on a Dean’s Scholarship, graduating in 2018.
After law school, Mr. Fernandez litigated complex commercial cases at Boies Schiller Flexner and civil rights cases at the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund (MALDEF). At MALDEF, Mr. Fernandez litigated voting rights, child welfare, and employment law cases, advocating for the rights of immigrants and workers.
Mr. Fernandez earned his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame where he double majored in Arabic and Philosophy and worked in Cairo, Egypt before attending law school.
